I can't believe our little man is 3 weeks old today!! It's just crazy how the time flies....I can't imagine how fast life will be when I finally have to go back to work in December.
We had a pediatrician appointment this week on Tuesday - which was really his 2 week checkup - and he is doing wonderfully. Jake weighed in at 9 lbs 8 oz (for those keeping track that's a whole pound in 14 days) and measured at 20.75 inches. So even though I sometimes feel like nursing may not be going so well, he's obviously getting everything he needs and thriving beautifully.
Here are some updated pictures. He gets this really goofy smile when he starts to fall asleep but I haven't been able to capture it yet....we'll see if I can get it on camera sometime soon.
