Jake is two weeks old today! How time is flying....I can't believe it's been that long and I can return to driving status. I had a doctor's appointment yesterday and the c-section wound is healing well and I'm losing lots of weight....all good things :)
This is Jake after falling into a post nursing food coma....hehehe....couldn't you just grab those cheeks?
Jake's umbilical cord remains fell off today. I weeped a slight little bit but then I had to take pictures of his adorable little belly button. He's definitely looking bigger and older every day. Hopefully the feeding stuff continues working itself out so that the sleep schedule gets more regular. Chris took night duty a couple of times earlier this week so I could get 2 nights of 6 hours straight sleeping and that helped a lot in returning to humanhood.

Oh, that hair!!! And don't even get me started on that belly...
He is so cute! He looks so happy and peaceful! I hope things continue to progress with his feedings and you're able to consistently get a good night's sleep!
Chris he is absolutely adorable. I can't wait to see him in person. I love him already!! :-)
