Well, today was a big milestone. Baby and I reached the 3rd trimester. I'm taking bed rest very seriously cause I want to keep this little guy in there as long as possible. The weekends are a bit harder than the weekdays since I'm so used to going out and doing stuff on the weekends, but everyone is doing their part to keep me company so it's not as terrible as some might think.
The dog and I are just hanging out watching some movies while Chris takes his last final this evening. I'm glad he'll be off school for a week to get a little break then for the summer term he's only got 1 class and it's taking place online, so he'll be around a bit more. I think he's just as comforted by that as I am.
The shower invites are making their way out for the first round of family gatherings. I can't believe we've made it this far. I know when I go to the doctor's office on Monday she's going to say I'm beating her expectations every day. I guess I strive to surprise and impress, right?
